The fruity Mont Rochelle Chardonnay inspires with well-integrated oak notes and a nice acidity. In a light golden hue, the white wine shines in the glass and scores with aromas of marzipan and lemon, which are underpinned by mineral tones. Notes of stone fruit and citrus characterize the taste of Mont Rochelle Chardonnay, which lingers long on the palate. Much of the white wine was aged for eight months in French oak, with a smaller portion in steel tanks to give the wine its freshness. Enjoy Mont Rochelle Chardonnay neat or with dishes of poultry, fish or seafood.
