More information about Pisco MalPaso Reservado
Pisco MalPaso Reservado is a Chilean grape spirit that captures all the fruity aromas and flavors of Moscatel wine grapes in one spirit.
Selected grapes are first made into a strong wine, then distilled into Pisco in a copper still. About 6 months of aging, first in steel tanks, then in oak barrels, give the distillate a creamy texture and a full mouthfeel, but without losing the fruity and floral character of the Moscatel grapes.
As a result, it also still has a strong enough characteristic to come through aromatically concise even in the Pisco Sour.

Since at least 1937, the company also distilled its own pisco in smaller quantities. The farm, which is now run by the fourth generation of the family and in which the fifth generation is already working diligently, now cultivates over 700 hectares. There, not only grapes for the own Pisco production are cultivated, but also table grapes and citrus fruits, as well as grapes for other Pisco producers. The best vines...
