More information about Schönramer Summa Weisse
There are people who can drink a Weizen at any time They don't mind the strong, satisfying and full-bodied character of the beer - on the contrary, they draw strength and motivation from drinking beer and benefit from the isotonic properties of the Bavarian classic For less trained palates, drinking a Weizen with a Weißwurst breakfast could cause a lot of tiredness and a resulting reluctance to exercise for the rest of the day
The Schönram brewery has a suitable beer in its range for these people and for enjoying wheat beer on hot, sunny summer days The light and easy Summa-Weisse was created by budding brewer Niklas Wallner After successfully completing his training as a brewer, he is now continuing his training as a master brewer after a few years working in the bottling plant The brewery is celebrating this step with the Summa-Weisse
The wheat beer is strictly limited and will only be available for as long as stocks last Niklas wanted to brew a feather-light alternative to conventional wheat beer and has therefore given his Summa-Weissen an alcohol content of just 4.2% The slim delicacy is brewed with a mixture of wheat, Kara and Pilsner malt and hopped three times in the process The wheat beer scores with a wonderfully fresh variety of tangy citrus notes, apricot and hints of green hops thanks to cold hopping
