More information about Quoin Rock Chardonnay 2018
A beautiful straw yellow with hints of green, Quoin Rock Chardonnay shimmers in the glass. The inviting bouquet exudes the wonderful scent of ripe citrus and orange peel, accented by a light vanilla note. Undertones of toasted brioche successfully round out the first impression. On the palate, the white wine, which was mostly aged for nine months in French oak, delights with its great structure and slightly buttery texture. The citrus aromas are in excellent balance with the mineral notes and the fresh acidity, before the Quoin Rock Chardonnay says goodbye with a long finish. All this makes the white wine a highlight on its own, but it is also an excellent partner to dishes with fish and seafood.
