Fresh and harmonious in character - this is the Quoin Rock Namysto Sauvignon Blanc. Already in the bouquet, the white wine inspires with its tropical notes, which combine aromas of lychee and figs. On the palate, the fruity nuances of melon and lemon are surrounded by mineral undertones and are wonderfully balanced with the fresh and crisp mouthfeel of Quoin Rock Namysto Sauvignon Blanc, which has been refined with a small amount of Sémillon (5%). Well chilled, the white wine is simply perfect on its own, but it is also a versatile food companion, especially with light dishes. Incidentally, the Quoin Rock Namysto Sauvignon Blanc owes its name to an ancient Ukrainian pearl necklace. In this way, the owner family connects their Ukrainian roots with their adopted home of South Africa.
