3 cocktail recipes with Gin FIOR
We love gin. But we love Gin FIOR even more, because the London Dry Gin from Austria is not only super tasty, but also incredibly versatile. With its blend of the finest citrus notes, fruity apple, spicy cinnamon and the classic juniper aroma, Gin FIOR is perfect for a wide variety of drinks.
Of course, you can simply enjoy your Gin FIOR as a gin and tonic. Whether a classic dry tonic or something more citrusy - London Dry Gin cuts a fine figure in any long drink variation. However, if you want to give your taste buds a very special treat, we have some exciting recommendations for you here.
Buy Gin FIOR:
Three to be precise. Here are three delicious cocktail recipes that are perfectly suited to Gin FIOR. Whether you like it summery and elegant, berry and refreshing or classic and full of character - these Gin FIOR cocktail recipes can do it all. Let them inspire you!
Recipe #1: Sicilian Gimlet
This gimlet variation with Gin FIOR adds a little blood orange juice to the original recipe and gives the simple gin cocktail an elegant touch that will transport you to the glowing evening red coast of Sicily in terms of color and taste. Perfect for really hot summer evenings or as a special kick for garden and birthday parties.

Summer cocktail recipe: The Gin FIOR Sicilian Gimlet
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- 12 cl Gin FIOR
- 4 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 cl sugar syrup
- 6 cl freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- 2 orange zests
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Brown sugar (optional)
Preparation:
- Place ice cubes in a shaker.
- Add gin FIOR, sugar syrup and lime and blood orange juice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker ices up.
- Fill two highball glasses with ice cubes & strain the gimlet.
- Garnish each with a sprig of thyme & orange zest.
Pro tip: For a more sophisticated version, serve the Sicilian Gimlet in a cocktail bowl. To do this, place the brown sugar on a plate, moisten the rim of the glasses and dip them in the sugar. When serving in the cocktail bowl, you can dispense with ice cubes in the glass. Ideally, place the glasses in the freezer beforehand!
Recipe #2: Raspberry Thyme Smash
The intense red color already gives it away - the Raspberry Thyme Smash with Gin FIOR is a real fruit bomb. The sweet and sour aromas of the raspberries have a worthy partner in the thyme, which balances out the taste and gives the cocktail a little more complexity.
In combination with the London Dry Gin from Austria, the Raspberry Thyme Smash is a real powerhouse. It is perfect as an impressive aperitif, at cocktail parties - or as a fruity refreshment in between.

Berry refreshment: the recipe for the Raspberry Thyme Smash with Gin FIOR
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- 12 cl Gin FIOR
- 6 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
- fresh raspberries
- 6 cl sugar syrup
- 6 fresh sprigs of thyme
- 2 wooden/cocktail picks
Preparation:
- Place four sprigs of thyme and 12-14 raspberries in a shaker and muddle well.
- Add gin FIOR, lime juice, sugar syrup & ice cubes. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker ices up.
- Pour the ice cubes into two old fashioned or tumbler glasses and strain the cocktail into them.
- Skewer two or three raspberries onto a cocktail pick and place over the rim of the glass. Garnish each with a sprig of thyme.
Recipe #3: FIOR Negroni
We recommend the FIOR Negroni to all those who love a more classic drink and are not afraid of slightly more tart notes. The forefather of all pre-dinner drinks is given a light, aromatic twist made in Austria, which gives the Negroni its very own FIOR gin character. Tastes good anytime, anywhere.

Cocktail classic with a twist: the FIOR Negroni
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- 6 cl Gin FIOR
- 6 cl Martini Bitter
- 6 cl Martini Rosso
- 2 orange zests
Preparation:
- Pour the Gin FIOR, Martini Bitter & Martini Rosso into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well.
- Fill two tumblers with ice cubes and strain the FIOR Negroni into them.
- Garnish each with an orange zest.
No matter which of the three recipes you choose - enjoy your gin FIOR cocktail and experience pure pleasure!
