This special Brut beer owes its fine and elegant character to bottle aging with champagne yeast. The traditional artisanal process for high quality sparkling wines through remuage and disgorgement gives this dry beer its fine perlage and complex aroma.
Our ROTSIEGEL La Grande Brut Classique seduces with its slender and elegant body and is dry with a subtle bitterness on the finish. The aromatic bouquet includes light notes of citrus, grapefruit, apple, pear and lychee, underpinned with a slight hint of nutmeg and clove.
