That was the approximate mood board that inspired the Portuguese brewery to create its latest work, Saison O'Conner Your Saison should be uncomplicated and subtle, easy-going and so easy that it creeps into your everyday life unnoticed and after a short time you can't imagine life without it Dangerously drinkable, so to speak

Saison O'Connor flows into the glass in a sunny amber hue and is slightly cloudy A delicately tinted, fine-pored foam crowns the beer and at the same time exudes an enticing aroma of fresh fruit and subtle spiciness Citrus aromas and spicy yeast complement the olfactory play of aromas and whet the appetite for the first sip This tingles on the tongue and presents a strong carbonic acid, which bubbles finely and gives the beer a velvety consistency A well-balanced mixture of light malt and citrus-fresh hops spreads out in the mouth A hint of white pepper and a nice yeast spice round off the taste The finish is dry and pleasantly bitter
