This noble fruit brandy is a delight for all who love the spirit of the fruit in a clear spirit, but like to do without a few percent in the alcohol content. The basis for this full-bodied creation is our classic raspberry spirit. For the mild variant, the alcohol content is reduced to 35 percent. This does not detract from the wonderfully fruity taste, on the contrary. The fruity notes of this brandy are particularly intense and are rounded off by a hint of vanilla that is as elegant as it is convincing. In order to be able to create such a perfect pleasure, every step requires the utmost attention and care: This begins with the harvesting of the fruit, continues with the distillation and does not stop with the controlled storage in sealed clay jugs. Because the "Mild Raspberry" gets the very last polish at home. There it should ideally be served at a temperature of 18 to 20 degrees and enjoyed from an original noble fruit brandy glass.

The history of the Schlitz Distillery dates back to 1585, when Eustach Graf von Schlitz brewed beer and distilled grain in Sandlofs. And today - 432 years later - this tradition is still upheld. Managing director Tobias Wiedelbach and his team of master distiller, master distiller and many other competent employees still produce the finest brandies in the village. Although the headquarters and owners have changed at times - the quality is still the same outstanding. For many items, the distillery falls back on centuries-old, proven recipes.
