Tap 5 Meine Hopfenweisse from Schneider Weisse flows into the glass in a cloudy amber gold and is crowned by a white foam Small bubbles flow tirelessly from the bottom of the glass and transport a fine aroma of creamy banana, candied orange peel and delicately spicy yeast to the surface The first sip presents hops and malt in perfect balance, carried by a light-footed body with pleasant carbonation The taste of the pale beer is initially fruity: Soft, creamy banana meets sweet mango and a hint of orange The malt adds a base of creamy caramel A hint of spicy yeast and a delicate bitterness elegantly underline the interplay of aromas A touch of pine resin and a hoppy herbal note complement the mix The finish is hoppy green and shows a crisp bitterness that lingers on the tongue for a long time
