Small Constantia Clara Sauvignon Blanc 2019 - White wine

Already with its bright color, the Klein Constantia Clara Sauvignon Blanc delights the connoisseur and beguiles the senses with its scent of jasmine, lime and spices. On the palate, a veritable firework of aromas explodes with notes of stone fruit and orange blossom. The fresh acidity gives the final touch to the white wine, which was aged for nine months in French oak and acacia. Already a great pleasure on its own, the Klein Constantia Clara Sauvignon Blanc also accompanies dishes with fish or poultry quite wonderfully. Incidentally, the wine owes its name to the American Clara Hussey, who bought the winery with her husband in 1913. Her hospitality and garden parties were legendary and under her leadership the high reputation of the estate was further developed.
