Williams-Honey-Pear Liqueur - The special juiciness of the Williams-Christ pear meets here the sweetness of our Schwechow honey, which comes from our surrounding orchards. An absolute natural product with high quality - just like this liqueur.
Made from our Williams pear brandy and our Schwechow honey.
Please note that this is a natural product. The honey will settle after some time. Please shake before and then enjoy. In summer slightly cool and in winter warm up and verzfeinern with cream and cinnamon.
Our pears are selected, washed and sorted individually by hand after the fall ripeness. The honey comes from the surrounding orchards and is an absolutely natural product. Therefore, we have also dispensed with filtering. A cloudiness and a settling of the honey is therefore not a quality defect but a quality indication. Before use, please shake briefly and cool at 12 - 16 ° C.
Schwechower Liqueurs are a harmony of finest distillate and high quality fruit juice. The high-quality fruits are pickled and pressed into alcohol. This is followed by filtration and, unlike our fruit brandies and spirits, no distillation. In the final step for our irresistible liqueur is refined with sweetness and various flavors.

Schwechow fruit distillery
Schwechow Manor is a historic estate built in 1229, which today houses the Schwechow Fruit Distillery. The distillery produces fine fruit brandies, spirits, liqueurs and gin and is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Elbe Valley Nature Park. The distillery originally dates back to the 18th century. Today, high-quality spirits are produced here under the motto "Preserve tradition, shape the future", including many in limited editions. Our fruit brandies, spirits and liqueurs are made from the best and most aromatic fruit. The estate's lovingly restored former pigeon house houses Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's first fruit capper distillery. Our high-quality Platinum products in mouth-blown glass decanters round off our premium range.
