More information about Tokara Méthode Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc 2014
In a light golden hue, the Tokara Méthode Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc 2014 shines in the glass and impresses particularly with its long-lasting fine perlage. The scent of lemons and a hint of fresh green apples pampers the senses. The fruity aromas are surrounded by notes of toasted almonds. On the palate, the elegant sparkling wine impresses with its wonderful interplay of a pleasant, soft acidity and its exceedingly fine mousse. The fruity notes of the bouquet also play around the palate and are underlined by a pastry note and mineral tones. Made from Chardonnay grapes, Cap Classique was left on its lees for 82 months after the second fermentation in the bottle. Enjoy this exceptional sparkling wine best as an aperitif on festive occasions.
