The base is a mild grain spirit made from our own organic wheat. It continues to use 36 organic botanicals: Juniper, lemon peel, lemongrass, lime peel, coriander, cardamom, orange peel, violet root, licorice, ginger, cinnamon and many more. This WESTERN DRY GIN is milder and at the same time fresher than the classic intense TOMMYS DRY GIN.
