The grapes used for the Vrede en Lust Viognier come from Simonsberg-Paarl and Elgin and combine the best of the respective terroirs in the wonderful white wine. Wonderful aromas of stone fruit unfold on the nose, with a hint of orange blossom. Fine spicy notes develop on the palate, which the Vrede en Lust Viognier owes to its careful aging in French oak for eight to nine months. The creamy texture makes the taste experience of the balanced white wine perfect. Already a pleasure on its own, the Vrede en Lust Viognier also cuts a fine figure with dishes featuring fish, poultry, seafood or pasta.
