WARLICH RUM EIERLIKÖR is an egg liqueur refined with WARLICH RUM and a touch of vanilla. Traditionally, the eggnog is made from the yolks of seven organic eggs and in Hamburg.
Especially creamy eggnog by combination with WARLICH RUM WARLICH RUM was created in memory of the Hamburg tattoo legend Christian Warlich (1891?1964), who is known as the "king of tattoo artists". For more than four decades he ran an inn at Clemens-Schultz-Str. 44 in St. Pauli. Not only were tens of thousands of tattoos created there, but rum was also poured profusely in his grog pub.
The sale of WARLICH RUM supports research on tattoo history: For each bottle sold, 1 € goes to the non-profit Institute for German Tattoo History e.V. (IDTG).

As part of his exhibition on Christian Wahrlich, the legendary "king of tattoo artists" and grog pub owner, Dr. Ole Wittmann developed WARLICH RUM, which was sold in the museum store of the Museum of Hamburg History. Quickly many other stores in Hamburg wanted to offer this rum and now it is enjoyed far beyond the borders of the city.
