More information about Warlich Rum
Demon Design Edition: After a famous tattoo motif of the Hamburg tattoo legend Christian Warlich Stored and hand bottled in Hamburg. Hamburg - Traditional - Strictly real!
WARLICH RUM is a smooth Jamaica rum with notes of vanilla, dark caramel and noble wood, which was created in 2019 in memory of the Hamburg tattoo legend Christian Warlich (1891-1964). Christian Warlich is known as the "king of tattoo artists." For more than four decades, he ran an inn at Clemens-Schultz-Str. 44 in Hamburg-St. Pauli. Not only were tens of thousands of tattoos created there, but rum was also served profusely in his grog pub.
WARLICH RUM was developed in cooperation with Hamburg's oldest winery and spirits manufacturer Heinr. von Have and has won several awards at international competitions.
The rum is produced from several distillates according to a historical recipe. Only after storage in the more than 60-year-old rum barrels of the Manufaktur von Have, it gets its authentic Hamburg note. A light and rather fruity rum in the style of the island of Jamaica.
