More information about Weiherer organic Kellerpils
There is something for every taste in the Kundmüller brewery's wide-ranging assortment In addition to Franconian classics, there are excellent craft beers, organic beers and beers that don't really fit into a category due to their unusual character
The Weiherer Keller-Pils is definitely one of these unusual beers The naturally cloudy beer is part of the brewery's organic range, as it is brewed exclusively with hops and malt from controlled organic farming The Keller-Pils also bears the title "solar beer"; a designation that guarantees that the beer is produced with the electricity that the brewery's own solar cells draw from the Franconian sun With its balanced character and a fine balance between hops and malt, the Keller-Pils is also stylistically a special specimen
The Weiherer Keller-Pils flows into the glass in a delicately cloudy golden hue A generous amount of snow-white, firm foam crowns the beer and exudes a seductive aroma of spicy herbs, fine citrus peel, earthy malt and freshly mown grass The first sip reveals a slender body with a lively tang and a great range of flavors Unusually malty, soft aromas of oven-fresh bread crust and grain caress the palate before the hops make their clean mark Notes of grass, spicy herbs, resin and tangy citrus fruit round off the aroma play spectacularly
A masterful pilsner with a fabulous Franconian character
