Vitoni

The authentic Spritz, made from white wine and tonic water, became famous for its lightness and textured taste. In the 1950s, it made history as an Italian aperitif. Originally, the famous Spritz was made of Italian white wine and water - it is called Spritz Bianco. Tonic water was widely used throughout Italy as a malaria prophylactic and, along with wine and seltzer, was for a long time the only drink available in many bars throughout Italy. To make white wine lighter and more digestible, it was mixed with tonic water. The result was a light aperitif with bitter and sweet flavors. This gave birth to Vitoni, the "Aperitivo Leggero". In the 1950s, this refreshing aperitif conquered the piazze of Italy. Following a refined recipe, we have revived this iconic traditional drink in a timeless glass bottle that you can enjoy anywhere.
