Our tart apple cider has an alcohol content of 6.4% and is made from scattered fruit from the regions of Baden and Württemberg. It is a scattered fruit cider, fully fermented and is produced from 100% apple, without the addition of flavors or preservatives.

This makes it an authentic apple cider with a natural and authentic taste. It has a clear and golden color and a pleasant acidity, which makes it an excellent companion for hearty dishes.

Rhine g`schmeckt

Our idea to produce Rhein g`schmeckt cider was born in the spring of 2021, when we cultivated our first meadow orchard. In August 2021, we then launched our first crowdfunding campaign, which was successfully completed. In December, we were then able to deliver our first cider and our "pipe dream" proved to be a reality.
