Analog. Beer

In 2020, Andreas Martin of Berliner Weiße Brauerei Schneeeule in Berlin and Jann von der Brelie of Weisse Elster Biere in Leipzig decided it was time for a collaboration project. After playing DND together for years, they found ANALOG. would be a perfect name for a new line of classic modern beers - high drinkability and lots of aroma were the goals. In Sam Derby, they found a brewer with experience and passion to join the project. Leipzig artist David Eberhardt (kgullholmen illustrations) was responsible for the design. In December 2020, the first two recipes went into production at Brewdog Berlin, and the brewery opened in January 2021.
