In the glass, the cuvée of Chardonnay (92%) and Pinot Noir (8%) shimmers in elegant gold and unfolds a fine aroma of citrus fruits, green apples, baked bread and mineral nuances.
On the palate, the sparkling wine impresses with fullness, creaminess and remarkable balance. The fine perlage and long-lasting finish make it a real moment of pleasure.
After the second fermentation, the L'Ormarins Private Cuvée matured on the lees for a full 89 months - a clear sign of quality and precision craftsmanship.
