More information about Roppelt Brewery Kellerbier

The Stiebarlimbacher Brauerei Roppelt brewery operates a restaurant and a beer cellar in addition to the brewery The brewery offers hearty snacks and classic roasts as well as carp from its own breeding and home-shot game Perfectly matched to the menu is the hearty cellar beer

The 4.9%-strength brew is bottled in swing-top bottles and is fun even before the first sip The rich pop of the cap opens the beer enjoyment The enticing aroma of oven-fresh cookie, spicy hay, light grain, Honey notes and hints of grass and fruit continue the pleasure seamlessly and lead into the delicious first sip The copper-golden beer with a creamy crown lies slender on the tongue and delivers a wonderful harmony of hops and malt Gentle notes of roasted barley combine with forest honey, aromatic hay, sourdough and beautiful spice to create an irresistible blend The hops contribute mild citrus notes, herbal accents and the taste of freshly mown grass The bitterness is very restrained in the body, only developing into a more dominant note in the finish

With or without carp - this cellar beer simply tastes good!
