The unfiltered specialty made from two-row spring barley and aroma hops.
URSTROM - BIOLAND BEER
The healthy basis for the natural, organic URSTROM is provided by hops and malt from controlled organic cultivation. The malting barley used grows on Gut Hohenhain - a Bioland-certified farm for many years - on the Baltic Sea in Schleswig-Holstein. The organic aroma hops are sourced from Tettnang and Hallertau. The brewing water is clear and pure. It is completely free of environmental pollution and low in sodium.
CLASSIC PRODUCTION
The fermentation and storage of the original flow takes place according to old, classical methods at low temperatures. Accordingly, the entire brewing process takes several weeks. Thus, the beer has enough time to mature after fermentation and to develop its pure and rounded taste. In order to preserve the valuable ingredients (polyphenols, proteins, vitamins), we completely abandon filtration and stabilization after storage.
This is how our natural beer is created: URSTROM.
Mixture: water, various Bioland malts, organic hops
Hops: slightly pronounced character (26 IBU) with a recognizable hop flower
Color: gold - amber - copper (15 EBC)
Yeast: special bottom fermented selected brewery strain
Organic inspection body: DE-ÖKO-006.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand. Visit us! With a little luck you can look over our shoulder during the production of exquisite distillates.
