Riegeles Kellerbier presents itself in a rich chestnut brown in the glass and wears a snow-white crown of airy foam on its head A fruity aroma of ripe apricots, juicy peaches and plums rises from the frothy splendor, which combines with the aroma of freshly baked bread to form a tantalizing mixture on the nose The first sip reveals a strong body with a velvety-soft mouthfeel and a great harmony of hops and malt Notes of roasted grains meet the oven-fresh aroma on the palate, Grain meets oven-fresh bread and a hint of candy sugar on the palate The hops and yeast contribute a light-footed fruitiness reminiscent of apples, stone fruits and summer flower meadows A gentle bitter undertone completes the flavor play The finish is floral and bitter

At 5.0%, the unfiltered beer is wonderfully drinkable and tastes best at a comfortable temperature of around 8 degrees Celsius.
