More information about BRLO Cucumber Quench
The fact that cucumber and beer are a dream team has already been proven by some before them: The Hertl brewery with its cucumber gose, for example, or Steamworks with its Killer Cucumber Ale. Now, from the house of BRLO, comes another cucumber beer that combines the delicate freshness of the green vegetable with the hoppy tartness of beer.
Cucumber Quench is a thirst-quenching lager that borrows from both Mexican and Vienna lagers. Weird combo? Not at all! The malty character of Vienna Lager meets the refreshing lightness of Mexican Lager.
The brewing process is completed by aging the finished beer on a puree of cucumbers. This step enhances the beer with the unmistakable notes of fine cucumbers and gives Cucumber Quench an extra kick of freshness.
The cucumber-flavored brew shines in sunny gold, with a fleeting veil of white foam rounding out the visual impression. On the nose, the unusual lager presents subtly balanced notes of soft malt, juicy cucumber and lemony hops.
This initial impression continues on the palate, with a lean body that builds with delicate malt notes and then plays up tangy citrus notes and a feathery cucumber flavor that pairs wonderfully with the mild bitterness. The finish is crisply bitter and makes you want another glass of beer with a cucumber touch.

BRLO
Brlo - Your Berlin Beer As a Berlin brewery and catering company, we stand for modern beer diversity and distinctive experiences. By the way, BRLO is the old Slavic name for Berlin and can only be pronounced without mistakes after a few beers. A Franconian, a Berliner and a Mecklenburger founded the Berlin beer brand BRLO in 2014. Two of them, Katharina Kurz and Christian Laase, already know each other from their studies. Diplom Braumeister Michael Lembke is the third in the group, who shared the dream and has been the mastermind of BRLO beers since the beginning. However, the BRLO team is only really complete in 2016, when Ben Pommer joins the founding team and has since been responsible for the culinary concept of the BRLO Gastronomien with his unmistakable passion. From the original two beer styles Helles and Pale Ale, many different beer styles have grown over the years: Starting...
