More information about BRLO IPA
In the wide range of fancy beers, the plain IPA almost gets a little lost. But don't be fooled, this India Pale Ale is an absolute blast.
The IPA has come a long way, from its early beginnings in the days of the great merchant ships and colonies, through a lean period when the beer style was almost forgotten, to today. Currently, India Pale Ale is one of the most popular craft beer styles around and part of every young brewer's repertoire. A good IPA is not witchcraft, yet it requires some skill and experience to tame the sometimes unreasonably large amounts of hops. The art of it is to coax every single flavor nuance out of the green cones without letting the bittering units skyrocket in the process. The brewers at BRLO, the capital city brewery, have mastered their craft and come up with an extremely tasty IPA that will fog your senses with juicy citrus notes and fresh pine.
BRLO's Berlin IPA flows into the glass in almost clear gold and presents a stately crown of white, airy foam. A delightful hop bouquet rises to the nose, enticing you to drink with notes of tangerine, lemon and sun-ripened grain. The taste follows on from the first impression, delighting with a cornucopia of juicy citrus that combines with peach, pine resin and a hint of oats to create an irresistible blend.

Brlo - Your Berlin Beer As a Berlin brewery and catering company, we stand for modern beer diversity and distinctive experiences. By the way, BRLO is the old Slavic name for Berlin and can only be pronounced without mistakes after a few beers. A Franconian, a Berliner and a Mecklenburger founded the Berlin beer brand BRLO in 2014. Two of them, Katharina Kurz and Christian Laase, already know each other from their studies. Diplom Braumeister Michael Lembke is the third in the group, who shared the dream and has been the mastermind of BRLO beers since the beginning. However, the BRLO team is only really complete in 2016, when Ben Pommer joins the founding team and has since been responsible for the culinary concept of the BRLO Gastronomien with his unmistakable passion. From the original two beer styles Helles and Pale Ale, many different beer styles have grown over the years: Starting...
