If Maisel & Friends has its way, craft beer should be a permanent fixture on the national and international beer market by 2025 at the latest. As one of the pioneers of the scene, the Bayreuth brewery is actively helping to achieve this goal with its outstanding beer creations.
The brewery already has a wide range of delicious craft beers. The brewery's IPA can almost be described as a classic in its range, as it has everything you would expect from a classic IPA.
The IPA is one of the brewery's flagship beers and impresses with its hoppy excellence.
In the glass, the beer has a strong copper hue with a firm head. As should be the case with a real IPA, you can smell the fruity bouquet of hops as soon as you open the bottle. Red berries tickle the nose and combine with floral hops, subtle citrus notes and tropical fruit to create a tantalizing blend. A veritable firework display of hops spreads across the tongue: refreshingly fruity-sweet and crisply bitter at the same time. Subtle malt and citrus aromas skillfully absorb the impressive 50 bitter units. The typical IPA bitterness sets in quickly, but is not too dominant alongside the overwhelming fruitiness.
The Maisel & Friends IPA leaves a strong impression without being unbalanced or overwhelming. A success!
