We source the high-quality green coffee for this cold brew from Colombia. There it is grown under strict conditions. This means that the coffee is always grown in intercropping and harvested by hand rather than by machine. Artificial fertilizers and pesticides are also prohibited. This is good for the environment and saves a lot of CO2.
