Organic Vinegar Manufacture from Franconia-Northern Bavaria Vinegar is our passion, so our organic vinegars are produced according to traditional artisan methods. Only certified organic products are considered - without flavor enhancers, additives and without additional flavors. We focus on the essentials, namely on simple and selected lists of ingredients. A good vinegar needs time and rest to mature and develop its taste. Our company name ezzich is the old (Middle High German) name for vinegar and at the same time our company moth: tradionelle Herrstellung, but in new & old varieties. Our vinegar factory is in Großhaslach, in the district of Ansbach (northern Bavaria). Currently, we produce 14 different varieties, with an upward trend.

Our artisan Fallstein Distillery has been producing high quality distillates for over a decade and has won multiple national and international awards. Most of the ingredients are grown on our own farm according to strict ecological guidelines. In addition to our fruit distillates we distill noble grain brandies: Aromatic Gin The quality of our brandies is excellent and you will not find a more convincing tradition and story: from field to glass - one process and all in one hand.

Brand new in our team are our Fest Brause Liqueurs, Gin Liqueurs and Gin Pearls which we have developed with great attention to detail and are handcrafted in Germany. Our biggest goal is to create a unique taste experience for you!

Lovely raspberry combined with tart elderflower, finished with juicy fruity apple. With an extra portion of fire in the butt! "The Bockt, woll?!" - And how the Bockt!

In our small brewery in the Kreuzviertel district of Münster, we brew classics, creative newcomers, and seasonal specialties for on-site serving and develop new recipes for our bottled beers. In doing so, we make everything transparent and have placed the production well visible behind our counter. In the guest area, the brewery invites you to chill out and enjoy the beer. Beer snacks such as cheese cubes from the Hafenkäserei Münster and other snacks round off the visit to our brewery. In addition to on-site production, we produce six varieties of our beers - Helles, Pilsners, India Pale Ale, Scottish Ale, Naturradler and Beach Brew - non-alcoholic - at friendly breweries in NRW. There we find ideal conditions to implement our recipes developed in Münster 1 to 1 and to produce small quantities for the trade.

HUUBERT GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2014 by Benjamin Vogt, Rupert Schwarzbauer and Robert Pfab - friends since childhood. The company is now known throughout Germany for its HUUBERT wine spritzers and the Spritz variations of the same name. In March 2018, the brand expanded to include MR. HAZEL, an edgy hazelnut liqueur with reduced sugar content, joined the company's portfolio. Since February 2020 there is from the house HUUBERT a Frizzante called INFLAGRANTE. A sparkling wine for the Pouring segment in the catering trade, which finds however also the final consumer around well sorted beverage market. The latest product from the HUUBERT boys goes by the name of HUMULUS. A classic London Dry Gin which is refined with Hallertau Mandarina Bavaria hops. Carefully bottled by hand in the heart of the Hallertau region, HUMULUS Dry Gin will be available from December 2020.

The fleuther micro-brewery is based in Geldern and was founded in 2016. We, Oliver and Sylvana, develop the recipes ourselves at our small brew kettles in the brewing cellar. Our beers are brewed in large brewhouses (15 to 45 hl) at contract breweries, but we don't want our own brewery to remain just a dream. Our beers are unfiltered, brewed with natural and best raw materials. Fleuther stands with its name and the Lower Rhine head willow in the logo without question for the Lower Rhine region. In addition to our 3 standard varieties, we brew seasonal beers depending on the time of year, sometimes alone, sometimes with brewer friends. Such as our Basil Wit, Strawberry Rhubarb Wheat, cold-hopped Maibock or our annual dark Doppelbock dark choc.

Franz von Durst has been producing gin and the matching tonic water very successfully since 2017. Attractively packaged in the practical Gin & Tonic Box, the products quickly became bestsellers. Several gold medals at the World Spirit Award and top rankings at the Falstaff Gin Trophy underpin the current success story.

The Freimeisterkollektiv is a network of independent craft distillers. Together we combine our strengths and offer sustainably produced as well as regionally based spirits from the best agricultural ingredients. The focus is on artisan tradition combined with creative innovation.
