HolunderBlütenWunder
Since 1979, we have been producing refreshing syrup from hand-picked organic* elderflowers and an organic* elderflowerPearl in our small family business in Tübingen. since then, we have constantly refined grandma Martha's recipe: we use less sugar, more organic* lemon and even more fresh organic* elderflowers. This makes our syrups taste particularly intense and refreshing. moreover, they make excellent warming hot drinks. social, sustainable and trustworthy action is a matter of course for us.
Honest & Rare (Versender: Braumanufaktur Hertl)
The Hertl brewery is the smallest brewery in Franconia. In addition to drinkable beers like Grandpa's Liebling and Mutti's Sonnenschein, there are beer specialties that make the heart of every beer lover beat faster: whether Whiskydoppelbock, Imperial Porter or Whisky Sour Ale. Brewmaster David Hertl is not afraid to experiment and regularly creates exciting craft beers. Of course, David also thinks outside the box. For example, the barrel-aged Jägermeister Bockbier, which David Hertl developed together with star chef Alexander Herrmann, caused a particular stir. This made it the very first (official) Jägermeister beer in the world. Another good example is Hertl's Hopfen Gin. Not only the design, but also the idea of combining gin with hops has been gaining traction on the market lately. So it's worth keeping up the excitement and joy for more creations.
Honest & Rare (Versender: Bundesbrand)
Honest & Rare (Versender: Frederik Hulsch)
The Avontuur is not only the brand behind various spirits and coffee. Timbercoast, with its sailing ship Avontuur, actively promotes CO2-free and sustainable sea transport - pretty much the counter-concept to huge container ships powered by heavy oil. As the first German sustainable cargo sailer, the Avonuur transports all kinds of beverages such as rum, grain, coffee and red wine, but also chocolate, salt and spices such as cardamom. Captain Cornelius Bockermann, commonly referred to simply as "Captain," and his team want to show that transporting goods can work without destroying the environment and emitting dangerous toxins. To that end, Cornelius launched Timbercoast in 2015, working with a number of volunteers to revamp the nearly 100-year-old Avontuur. The coffee the Avontuur transports comes from the Cosatin Tierra Nueva cooperative in Nicaragua and is hand-roasted in Germany at the Lloyd Caffee roastery in Bremen. In addition to coffee, the Avontuur is known and loved for its rum and grain.... More

Honighütten
We are Max and Melli Klippel from Honighütten. We are beekeepers in the 3rd generation in the district of Ebersberg and have developed our own regional and exclusive organic honey gin. As a basis for our gin we use our forest and flower honey harvested in the district of Ebersberg. The experience of three generations of beekeepers ensures the high quality of the honey. The combination of the classic botanicals such as juniper and a not too sweet honey, results in a coordinated flavor variety, which reflects the forest and the local Blühvielfallt. The honey, which flows very early in the creation with knows each year a different flavor variety. The different blooming phases of a year determine the taste at the end and characterize the corresponding vintages. Together with an organic distillery from the region we have developed our high-quality organic honey gin. The honey taste develops in the mouth and becomes more voluminous. Important in the development of our honey gin was to enjoy it pure. The... More
HOOLGAASCHT - Gin
"Nature makes nothing in vain" - true to this dogma of Aristotle, I first devoted myself to high-proof pleasures in 2001, when I harvested, cleaned, mashed and fermented the fruits of the full fruit trees on the estate of Villa Waldhof in Upper Swabia. After proper maturation and distillation, the result was a mirabelle plum brandy that quickly convinced me as a layman and the first connoisseurs in my circle of acquaintances, and which laid the foundation for my passion for high-quality alcoholic beverages. The pursuit of the highest possible natural quality, the hunger for novelty and my experimental enthusiasm have created a wealth of experience over the years, which today comes into its own in the production of noble distillates. In 2008 I settled in Schwäbisch Hall and immediately found my adopted home here. Away from my professional activities, I continued the production of partially barrel-aged brandies and enriched the range from classics to refined cuvées to real rarities from local wild... More
HoP4
HoP4 - cold-hopped beer spirit from Stuttgart. The addition of Cascade aroma hops gives the wheat beer-based beer spirit its unique and unmistakable note. The high quality of the distillate is apparent from the moment it is poured, with its subtle yellow color and slightly oily clear color on the glass. The smell is rosy, floral and light like peach. The nose is warm, direct and slightly sweet. The middle is smooth and velvety and the finish is a light citrus note with resinous hop notes that are easy to pick out. Our noble bottles are all filled by hand, labeled, marked with batch and bottle number, this again underlines the exclusivity of our product. By annual edition is strictly limited to 500 bottles.
HORISE
Do you know the feeling when the sour apple flavor tingles on the tongue and is then rounded off by sweet coconut flavor? No? Then it's time! HORISE is your first cocos-apple soda ever. You can expect a unique taste experience. No sugar. Hardly any calories. Simply perfect! Company history: A simple idea turned into a wish, which we then fulfilled: HORISE was born. Composed of the words Horizon and Rise, we associate HORISE with serenity, novelty and good humor. So we let these values flow into the creation of HORISE and thus came up with the extraordinary taste cocos-apple. Since we all pay attention to our nutrition, it was important to us to create a sugar-free and low-calorie alternative that can be drunk in rough quantities without hesitation. Cheers!
House of Natural Taste
