Pangaea olive oil from Greece is the olive oil of the families Lakirdakis and Chrysafoudis. The olives for our olive oil come exclusively from our own olive groves. These are located in the north of Greece between the Pangaion Mountains and the Gulf of Orfanos, near the city of Kavala. Our olive oils are cold extracted from hand-picked olives. The time between harvesting and processing is usually no more than six hours. With every bottle of Pangaea Olive Oil you receive a freshly harvested, premium quality olive oil of the best taste. According to the recipe of our Estonian grandma from Ösel (Saaremaa), we brew healthy and tasty birch sap. Birch sap has been tapped for centuries in Estonia and elsewhere and has become a Nordic tradition! It is harvested during a few weeks in spring and in folk medicine it is also called youth elixir. Since our grandma has been collecting the sap for decades, we have grown up with this magical juice. We work with several birch sap collectors throughout Estonia to bring you this refreshing and revitalizing drink that we ourselves have enjoyed for years.

Original Franken Bitter „Milder Kräuterlikör“ besteht aus eigener Rezeptur, die aus 39 verschiedenen Kräutern und Wurzeln hergestellt werden. (Kamillenblüten, Enzianwurzel, Orangenschalen.) Die Kräuter werden mit hochwertigen Alkohol mazeriert.Die Aromen und Bitterstoffe werden dadurch gelöst so das der Grundstoff für den Franken Bitter entsteht. Die Lagerung muss mind. 6 Monate betragen damit sich das Bukett entwickelt. Danach kann der Franken Bitter Fertig gemischt werden. Die weiteren Zutaten sind Karamelisierter Zucker um eine ausgewogene Süß-Bittere Note zu erhalten.

We are a microbrewery from Central Hesse and have a unique concept: we have converted a historic fire truck and equipped it with a copper-plated brewing system. With this, we travel to events and brew beers on site together with the audience, while serving our home-brewed beers directly from the vehicle. Due to popular demand, we are now gradually bringing our beers to our enthusiastic fans in bottles as well.
