A small side effect: there are no sugars or carbohydrates in the product, nor are there any residues of gluten or sulfites. At 99 kcal per 330 ml, we are also significantly lighter than other alcoholic beverages. And since we live in the 21st century, we produce climate-neutrally and donate 3% of our sales to social projects that facilitate access to drinking water.

Sascha Namolnik brought together his years of love for gin and his personal roots with the wine regions of Pfalz and Nahe. As a native of Lautrer, it was his wish to create a gin with a fine wine note. Accordingly, the choice fell on a Pinot Gris from the wine region Nahe: This resulted in MONUMENT Gin, a Pinot Gris Infused Gin. The storage of the wine in a barrique barrel is also due to a subtle vanilla note. Particularly delicious makes the MONUMENT Gin a fine spice, which is accompanied by fresh oranges. The MONUMENT Pinot Grigio infused Nahe Dry Gin is naturally produced in small batches.

Hey, we are the team of Monamico! A colorful team of totally different people, with totally different views, hobbies and backgrounds. We are producers of a botanical gin based on Tulsi Baslikums. It combines the tart juniper note of a klas. Londnon Dry Gin with fresh, green aromas of the rare Tulsi Basil. Herbarium is a gin-based herbal liqueur with fresh aromatic notes of orange blossom, bitter orange, thyme and Indian tulsi basil. The two products are produced in Germany and meanwhile distributed throughout Europe.

Mezcal Ajal is made from 100% wild Cenizo agave and is produced artisan - artesanal - in our distillery, run by women, in Durango, Mexico. This means that the production is done in an authentic way with traditional methods and without additives. To ensure the preservation of the Cenizo agave, we plant four new ones with each agave harvested. Mezcal Ajal combines the smoky flavor of agave with the soft aromas of almond and refreshing citrus. The Cenizo agave gives Ajal a particularly mild finish compared to other mezcals. This makes it ideal for mixing cocktails and pure enjoyment. Mezcal Ajal was awarded one of 33 best rated mezcals by Cava in 2020, as well as the silver medal of the Academia del Mezcal y del Maguey in Mexico in 2018.

MexiLove has brought the cult to the bottle that many have only been able to enjoy in bars: spicy tomato brandy. The spirit has been fun for many people - and founders Joanna and Katharina have made the most of this drinking fun with MexiLove. ROTSIEGEL's first product was ROTSIEGEL Grand Prestige Classique - a beer fermented with champagne yeast. This brut beer demonstrates ROTSIEGEL's claim for special brewing specialties and traditional brewing skills. Accordingly, all ROTSIEGEL beers are produced by hand using only selected specialists. The Grand Prestige Classique was followed in spring 2020 by an American Pale Ale and a Mild Amber Ale.
