Dr. Jaglas
Dr. Jaglas is a Berlin brand. The development and production of the high-quality herbal spirits is carried out by the Jagla family of pharmacists, in their own pharmacy. For decades, the pharmacists have used a medieval monastery recipe, time-honored herbal lore and ancient pharmacopoeia knowledge to manufacture high-proof herbal aperitifs, digestives, liqueurs and gin. From selected bitter herbs, fine spices and essential oils, the Jagla apothecaries macerate - still by hand - carefully matured spirits. The amaros (elixirs), the spiced liqueur and the sugar-free gin are enjoyed neat (as an aperitif or digestif) or as the basis of drinks, e.g. with tonic and lime.
Zorn Korn
Anger Grain. The clear among the confused. The angriest material that has ever touched the bottom of a bottle. A hell of a droplet with no frills - pure, tart and fruity, made from 100 percent wheat. The noble distillate is distilled at low temperatures in just one process - and later drunk at room temperature. Zorn Korn is the schnapps idea of five friends from Hamburg's Gängeviertel district who concentrate on the essentials. The Poodle's Korn: Sipping instead of tipping in good company.
Excellent&Rare
The rum for the "Excellent&Rare" series comes from sunny Panama. It is distilled there by one of the oldest and best-known family distilleries in the country. The high-quality sugar cane for this comes from its own cultivation. In the Black Edition, instead of molasses, a fermented sugar cane honey ("virgin sugar cane honey") is used, which gives the rum a natural mildness. For the Gold and Platinum Editions, classic sugar cane molasses is used, resulting in a particularly complex and full-bodied rum. For the maturation, the precious distillate comes in bourbon barrels made of American white oak. There the rum matured between 10 and 25 years, depending on the edition, before it was selected by us for its perfection. Excellent&Rare - matured in the golden sun of Panama, perfected in the change of the Bavarian seasons.
Lion Dream
Our distillery has been around for over 109 years, in 2nd generation and has been awarded multiple silver and gold medals of the "Craft Spirits Award". There are two different varieties of "Lion-Dream London Dry Gin": Classic Gin and Barrel Aged, new barrels are always used.
Original Franken Bitter
Original Franken Bitter „Milder Kräuterlikör“ besteht aus eigener Rezeptur, die aus 39 verschiedenen Kräutern und Wurzeln hergestellt werden. (Kamillenblüten, Enzianwurzel, Orangenschalen.) Die Kräuter werden mit hochwertigen Alkohol mazeriert.Die Aromen und Bitterstoffe werden dadurch gelöst so das der Grundstoff für den Franken Bitter entsteht. Die Lagerung muss mind. 6 Monate betragen damit sich das Bukett entwickelt. Danach kann der Franken Bitter Fertig gemischt werden. Die weiteren Zutaten sind Karamelisierter Zucker um eine ausgewogene Süß-Bittere Note zu erhalten.

What was initially conceived as the operation of a WINE WELLERY for the bottling of alcoholic wine and sparkling wine products, as well as the trade in wine, sparkling wine, spirits, fruit juices and wine accessories, proved in 1986 to be the cornerstone of today's ALCOHOL FREE WINE WELLERY Weinkönig by expanding the program to include non-alcoholic red and white wines. Since then, the company has gradually specialized in the marketing of dealcoholized wines. In the meantime, there are 19 different dealcoholized wines and sparkling products that are marketed nationally and internationally, as far as the South Pacific region. Jeestinger Bräu
Spitzenmäßige Biere aus dem Rheinland. Gebraut in der Region mit feinstem Hopfen und Gerstenmalz für ein nachhaltiges Biererlebnis. Von Jeestinge in die Welt - Seit 2017 experimentieren und brauen wir handwerklich in kleineren Mengen Biere in unserem Heimatort Hennef-Geistingen. Daraus ist die Idee entstanden für uns lokal eine Biermarke für Jeestinge auf die Beine zu stellen. Durch Unterstützung lokaler Mikrobrauereien fertigen wir seit 2023 Biere in größeren Mengen für Jeestinge, das Rheinland und darüberhinaus.
Mezcal Ajal
Mezcal Ajal is made from 100% wild Cenizo agave and is produced artisan - artesanal - in our distillery, run by women, in Durango, Mexico. This means that the production is done in an authentic way with traditional methods and without additives. To ensure the preservation of the Cenizo agave, we plant four new ones with each agave harvested. Mezcal Ajal combines the smoky flavor of agave with the soft aromas of almond and refreshing citrus. The Cenizo agave gives Ajal a particularly mild finish compared to other mezcals. This makes it ideal for mixing cocktails and pure enjoyment. Mezcal Ajal was awarded one of 33 best rated mezcals by Cava in 2020, as well as the silver medal of the Academia del Mezcal y del Maguey in Mexico in 2018.

KOKA DESTILLAT
Koka distillate is a high-quality spirit based on coca leaf. A full 25 grams of coca leaf per bottle are pickled and distilled in a gentle manufacturing process, similar to a gin. To round off the extraordinary taste of the coca leaf, we also refine the distillate with mild notes of: Lemongrass, lemon peel cinnamon and star anise.
