We always wonder how such a small fruit can contain so much flavor. Even though picking blueberries (blueberries in North German) has gone a bit out of fashion these days, we didn't want to do without these wonderful fruits and, due to time constraints, we like to use cultivated varieties. They are wonderful for making spreads.
Our blueberries come fresh from the Altes Land, the largest regional fruit-growing region near Hamburg.
Our blueberry fruit spread is ideal for quark dishes, muesli and compote. But it also tastes great on vanilla ice cream. If you need something quick: Cakes can be refined quickly and easily with this berry spread.

As a country boy, I was always drawn to the world. In New Zealand, I discovered my passion for fine foods and spirits in 2008.
