Raspberry spread is the third most popular spread in Germany - and rightly so, in our opinion. Its versatility is almost unbeatable.
We produce more varieties of this fruit than any other: raspberry spread with whole fruit, raspberry spread with birch sugar or rhubarb-raspberry spread. We also produce the Christmas raspberry variety made from raspberry pulp and dark chocolate, the fine raspberry vinegar and raspberry pulp without seeds.
Do you know Schmand-Trifle with raspberries and chocolate crunch? Or what do you think of chocolate raspberry tartelettes? Would you like raspberry ice cream with coconut milk and basil? Or would you prefer raspberry and mascarpone tart with meringue tufts? No? It's worth a try.
But my raspberry fruit spread is also a treat for breakfast. You just have to grab it (we always do...) and the scent is simply irresistible!
