More information about Trois Frères 2020 rosé AOP Côtes des Provence

Domaine des Aspras is one of the oldest organic wineries in Provence and this rosé is made in a red wine style, meaning a slightly longer maceration time and second lactic maceration gives the wine a softer mouthfeel and a broader spectrum of flavors.

A good companion to seafood or as an apertif with tapas!

Domaine Aspras

Along the Argen valley, at the top of the Côtes de Provence appellation, Aspras is located. The vineyard enjoys the advantage of a privileged geographical position for its 32 hectares with vines that are on average seventeen years old. They have been cultivated organically since 1995. This land, surrounded by limestone hills and white earth, got its name from the peculiarities it offers: "d'asper-aspera", which means "rock garden", "thorn" and the "roughness of a terroir" in Latin.
