Romain Rosé 2023

Merlot, Grenache and Syrah on loamy-sandy soils.

The Romain rosé is light pink in the glass, with salmon reflections. On the nose: aromas of grenadine, notes of small fresh red fruits, a hint of tangerine.

Palate: delicate and fresh wine with a good persistence, can be served as an aperitif with charcuterie - seasonal salads - shellfish - grilled dried fruit à la Planxa

Mustard and tomato tart - Ratatouille crumble with polenta.
50% Merlot 30% Syrah 20% Grenache.

Domaine Piquemal

Domaine Piquemal is located in the heart of Roussillon, on 48 hectares of land in the hills of the Agly Valley at the foothills of the Corbières. For the love of the same love of wine that his grandfathers shared, Pierre founded the winery. Since the 70s, the vineyard has been redesigned: Parcels were united, quality vines were preserved and better grape varieties were planted. The result is high quality, unique French wines.
