Our DormaGIN celebrated its first birthday in November 2019. Since then, it also comes shining gold: In the Barrel Aged Gin mixes the new with the old. Created with great attention to detail, it was aged for several months in a French oak barrel.
She has passed on her wisdom, calm and tradition from at least 80 years of life. All her experiences and adventures she has shared with our DormaGIN - and he has absorbed them. Its citrus aroma mingles with the oak. The result is soft wood notes that are almost reminiscent of a whiskey.
The Barrel Aged Gin is rich in nuances and convinces through harmony. We bottle our premium gin by hand.
