1x No 325 CHINESE INGWER, 50 ml, 42 % vol.

This spirit's characteristic aromatic smell and spicy taste with earthy notes were the only things that inspired us to produce a ginger spirit that has the typical ginger flavor, but is mild on the palate and smooth on the finish. On the olfactory side, Chinese ginger strikes an interesting floral-lemony note. After weeks of research, we managed to obtain a small batch of the best organic ginger from China, which we used to create a spirit to our liking.

1x No 480 GERMAN CORIANDER, 50 ml, 42 % vol.

Our coriander leaf spirit, which smells and tastes intensely of fresh coriander - just as it should. Lovers of coriander will enjoy this distillate neat. Of course, coriander spirit is also great for mixing, cooking and, of course, perfuming.

1x No 580 THAILAND LEMON GRASS, 50 ml, 42 % vol.

A spirit that is second to none with its lemon freshness and naturalness and which begs the question of what it can be used for rather than the other way around. It is ideal for pure enjoyment, e.g. before an Asian meal, which it additionally refines with its aromas, gives dressings, jams, salads and desserts a touch of fresh, subtle lemon and adds a hint of exoticism to drinks from herbal teas to cocktails. This is also traditionally intrinsic to the grass, as it is said that its flowers were smoked by shamans on Lake Tanganyika to induce dreams that allowed them to predict the future.
