Clapp's Liebling pear brandy is a single-variety pear brandy. Made from regional Clapp's Liebling pears from the Seelitz fruit estate near Rochlitz. Certified quality, sustainably and environmentally friendly grown, harvested and ripened to perfection for us.
Thanks to gentle double distillation, this fine fruit brandy is particularly mild and has a strong pear aroma typical of the variety.
Aroma:mild alcohol, delicately spicy with a delicate melt and fine acidity
Ingredients:Pears, harvested to the point, from regional cultivation
Processing: The fully ripe fruit is processed directly after harvesting and gently cold fermented.
Production:gentle double distillation
Filling quantity:approx. 270 bottles per year
Use: as a digestif or with dessert as a corresponding fruit flavoring
