Spiced spirit drink with Rose Valley Rum.
We use highly aromatic raw sugar cane molasses for the production of our rum. After double distillation, the rum is stored for 3 years in small first fill quarter bourbon barrels. It gets its dark color from the barrel ageing and the addition of Thahitensis vanilla from Papua New Guinea. The vanilla provides a floral, exotic aroma. It smells wonderful and is rich with sweet tones of honey, vanilla and candied fruit.
