The aromatic essence of the classic cocktail. The spirits in the Bloody Mary Box are ideal for refining dishes and rounding off aromatic cocktails (such as the Bloody Mary) - but can also be enjoyed on their own.

1x No 270 GERMAN CELERY SPIRIT, 50 ml, 42 % vol.

A spirit made from celery - organic, of course - which is equally suitable for flavoring soups, salads and meat dishes in the kitchen as well as for pure enjoyment.

1x No. 430 GERMAN BEAR LEAF, 50 ml, 42 % vol.

The key component for the smell and taste of wild garlic is the unstable and sulphurous substance allicin, which is also found in garlic and converts to di- and trisulphides, which in turn are responsible for the typical garlic smell. As allicin decomposes in the heat, we have distilled this spirit in a particularly gentle way, making the great wild garlic smell and taste available all year round for use in flavoring, e.g. in the kitchen or in bars that like to experiment.

1x No 520 INDIAN BLACK PEPPER, 50 ml, 42 % vol.

The pungency of the piperine remains in the stillage during distillation, allowing the spicy, woody, sweet, resinous, floral, piney and lemony aroma of the essential oil to emerge in our minds. An ideal companion that can be drunk neat, goes well with almost any meal and rounds off the odd cocktail.
