1x No 400 PIEMONTESIAN HAZELNUT, 50 ml, 42 % vol.
Apart from water to bring it down to drinking strength, nothing adulterating is added to our spirit before or after distillation. Its most important aroma component is filbertone (5-methylhept-2-en-4-one), the smell of which can be detected even in the smallest quantities. All we can say here is: enjoy - whether neat, with dessert or in a cocktail!
1x No 550 GERMAN CHOCOLATE MINT, 50 ml, 42 % vol.
The chocolate mint, with its black-brown leaf stalks, looks very much like chocolate and is perceived in a similar way. However, the slightly different composition of the essential oil adds additional chocolate-like aromas, so that the overall impression of this spirit is reminiscent of the famous After Eight bars. It is therefore perfect with anything sweet (be sure to try it with ice cream!), to enhance meat (game!) and fish dishes and, of course, in cocktails. Our favorite version is simply pure in a glass!
