Spicy aromas are surrounded by dark chocolate and dark fruits and indulge the connoisseur's senses. On the palate, the red wine delights with beautiful notes of redcurrants and oak as well as fine tannins and a long-lasting finish that will not soon be forgotten. The full-bodied cuvée consists of the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Shiraz (20%), Merlot (5%), Cabernet Franc (5%), Malbec (5%) and Petit Verdot (5%), which are harmoniously balanced and give the wine its multi-faceted character. Enjoy the Ernie Els Proprietor's Blend, which has matured for 18 months in French and American oak, preferably with game or dark meat dishes, but you should also try this red wine on its own.
