Our Brasil Single Origin coffee grows at an altitude of 1,300 meters on the small Fazenda Sao Silvestre. The most fertile volcanic soil ensures that this mild, balanced single origin gourmet coffee made from 100% Arabica beans regularly scores top marks at tastings. The taste of this top Brazilian coffee is characterized by a mild, harmonious aroma and a caramel note with a long-lasting aftertaste.
The coffee plantation, which is only around 250 hectares in size, is run by the Andrade family, who produce this outstanding farm coffee with great social and ecological responsibility. The farm is a member of the Brasil Speciality Coffee Association (BSCA), which pays attention to quality and fair wages. Various projects are supported, e.g. the construction of a hospital in Santa Casa.
