Our Café Melange consists of exquisite Arabica beans from the Central American highlands, combined with an Indian Robusta. The wild romance of the growing regions is also reflected in the taste of the beans: they produce a full-bodied, spicy aroma and allow berry and chocolaty notes to develop. ETTLI roasts Café Melange at gentle temperatures in the drum. Café Melange tastes particularly good prepared as a black coffee, café au lait or café crème.
