It is an exquisite blend of the finest Arabica beans from South America, Central America and selected Robusta beans from India. This composition acquires its soft and round aroma after gentle long-term roasting in a traditional drum roaster. The Italian-style roasting process gives the beans a harmonious, medium strength and forms the soft body of this blend. The unique taste experience begins with a chocolatey nuance, followed by a mild fruity finish. This roast offers an excellently firm brown crema. Prepared in a fully automatic coffee machine or a portafilter, it is an enrichment for every espresso lover.
