The aim of organic ETTLI Fair Coffee is to establish fairer conditions in world trade and ultimately to help shape a balanced economic system. Fairer purchase prices should create a livelihood for workers in the growing countries and enable them to shape their own future. An improved income situation as well as financial stability, self-determination, regulated working conditions, better health protection and resource conservation are the most important effects of our organic ETTLI Fair Coffee.
Another feature of our organic ETTLI Fair is the high quality standard. While Fairtrade seals focus primarily on the price structure, we also make sure that only the best beans from a harvest are selected for the Bio ETTLI Fair. It is no coincidence that these come from the highland regions of Peru or Honduras. Here, the coffee cherries can ripen slowly under excellent growing conditions.
