The organic espresso consists of 70% mild Arabica beans and 30% strong Robusta beans in organic quality. The first-class coffee beans are gently refined in the long-term roasting process with a roasting profile individually tailored to the blend. The result is an intense, low-acid organic espresso that is characterized by its complex taste. Fine hazelnut accents can be heard on the surface, with notes of fine bitter dark chocolate, walnut and liquorice appearing in the secondary notes. The mouthfeel is pleasantly oily.
